Yes, we do provide services outside of Metro Manila. However, we charge transportation costs and, if applicable, accommodation expenses and per diem.
We start coordinating with our clients for the preparation of documentary requirements as early as November to ensure that we are ready to file the applications for renewal on time considering the number of holidays in December and that the deadline for filing is generally the 20th day of January of each year for most City/Municipality Business Permits and Licensing Office.

Yes, for the listed services to be performed in Metro Manila, our service fees are fixed unless there is a note that our service fee “starts at PhPXXX”.
While certain transactions are similar, their particular circumstances may differ and affect the scope of our services. For example, in the implementation of extrajudicial settlement of estate, we may need to transact with different Registry of Deeds and Assessor’s Office if the real properties comprising the estate are located in different areas. Hence, we can only provide a final fee quote after we ascertain the scope of work.
Out-of-pocket expenses include but are not limited to filing or registration fees, courier fees, toll and parking fees, document reproduction costs, taxes and other charges that are incidental to a particular transaction. These are generally payments made to government agencies and third parties. These are variable costs that we cannot incorporate into our service fees but we can provide you an estimate of the total costs for budgeting purposes.
Prior to client onboarding, we will provide you our applicable transportation rates and per diem. Accommodation costs will be subject to reimbursement.
We require a sixty-five percent (65%) down payment for mobilization and the remaining thirty-five percent (35%) will be payable upon the completion of our services.

We are a covered person under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA) since we act as a formation agent of juridical persons (e.g., corporations and partnerships), among others. In this regard, we are required under the AMLA to conduct customer diligence for such service.
For individual clients, we require the (i) name, (ii) date and place of birth, (iii) present and permanent addresses, (iv) contact information, (v) nationality, (vi) valid proof of identity, (vii) nature of work/business, (viii) name of employer, if applicable, and (ix) source of funds.
For juridical entities, we require the (i) business name, (ii) nature of business and source of funds, (iii) official address, (iv) contact information, (v) names, proof of identities and specimen signatures of authorized representatives, (vi) name of the beneficial owner, if any, and (v) corporate or business documents.
We verify clients’ information through face-to-face contact, which may be conducted via videoconferencing.
