Ely Vasig, CEO
Ely is a multi-awarded litigation lawyer and CEO. After co-founding his current law firm which rapidly gained recognition and good reputation within the Philippine legal industry, Ely decided to pursue his other passion which is to integrate and leverage technology in the delivery of regulatory and compliance services.

Joan Co, CFO
After becoming a lawyer, Joan immediately joined the management of enterprises engaged in manufacturing and sales and acted as their legal counsel. After experiencing firsthand the challenges in establishing and maintaining business enterprises in the Philippines from a management perspective, Joan recognized that business entities could be more efficient and save fixed expenses if they could outsource their regulatory and compliance functions.

Kip Villanueva, Managing Director
Kip is a seasoned corporate lawyer who specializes in commercial transactions and regulatory and compliance practice. He served as a consultant for various agencies in the executive and legislative branches of the government which gave him a deeper insight on how to navigate the complexities of the business regulatory and compliance system in the Philippines.
